Review: A fantastic resource. The DVD was excellent and it has really shown my class how to 'play' in the 'Doctors Surgery' within the classroom. They've learnt lots of language and enjoyed playing the games.
Thanks.

Review: Dear Early Vision,
I just had to write and tell you how fantastic your Doctors’ Play Pack has been in my Reception Class. It was absolutely brilliant - I’ve set up lots of Doctors Surgeries in the past but they have never been a fraction as successful as this one. We found the resources very interactive, for viewing the film clips prompted the children to recall their own experiences and inspired endless discussions about their own visits to the Doctors which extended all the children’s understanding of the whole scenario. The children were able to identify the resources they needed to set up ‘their’ own role-play area and also enjoyed revisiting the film to see which signs and notices they were going to need for the surgery and to listen to what the Receptionist said when she answered the telephone. I cannot emphasise enough how the Play Pack increased my children’s knowledge and understanding of the scenario which in turn raised the quality of their active learning through play across the whole curriculum. The Digital Handbook is excellent and gave me loads of teaching points I had never thought of before whilst saving me hours of time in planning and preparation. The concept of a ‘video visit’ to ‘bring the real world into the classroom’ is fantastic because we find it really difficult to take the whole class to visit locations like Doctors’ Surgeries. Thank you so much – keep the new titles rolling – you are making resources that are really making a difference to children’s learning.
